What we confirm before quotation
Please include the machine brand and model, drawing revision, quantity and destination country. We coordinate the dimensional and material questions with our manufacturing partner. The quotation should identify the agreed component, scope of inspection, packing and delivery terms. Availability, lead time and material options are confirmed for each enquiry.
Replacing parts or changing the process?
A like-for-like replacement and a new screw configuration need different reviews. Tell us if you intend to change resin, filler loading, throughput or the arrangement of elements. We will flag information that needs further confirmation; a visual match alone is not a basis for promising process performance.
