Twin-Screw Extruder Shafts

Source replacement shafts with a confirmed spline profile, working length and drive connection.

The mating interfaces matter

A replacement shaft must be reviewed with the elements and drive connection it will work with. Overall length alone cannot establish fit. Send the controlled drawing and identify the machine model, shaft position and relevant mating components.

NENGYUE coordinates shaft enquiries through a manufacturing partner. Material, dimensional requirements, availability and inspection scope are confirmed before quotation.

What to send

  • Machine brand/model and shaft drawing with revision.
  • Overall and working lengths, shoulders and end details.
  • Spline profile, dimensions and fit requirements from the drawing.
  • Drive-end connection and any relevant coupling information.
  • Specified material and treatment where these are already defined.
  • Operating context, failure or wear observations and requested quantity.

When a shaft has failed

Include photographs and maintenance records, but do not assume a new shaft alone resolves the cause. The responsible engineer should assess the drive, assembly and operating conditions. We can coordinate replacement specifications; we cannot diagnose a failure from a photograph or guarantee that a material substitution will prevent recurrence.

Order documentation

Agree the drawing revision, material, inspection records and packing requirements in writing. Protecting long precision components during transport should be part of the packing discussion, including handling and receiving inspection.
